Thanks Elroy,

Access to MLS is $500 for six months.

She is going to give me a list of clients that I will need to pay commission if they buy it in the future.

WHAT is this DEEP POCKET? Is that my pocket? I plan on full disclosure of any problems of which I am aware. This is a SFH. I am not a litigeous person hopefully neither will the buyer be.

We are having a most wonderful sunset today. Is that worth anything? My ex-realtor just visited, kind of spoiled the day, left in a huff, said "Have a nice Thanksgiving" sarcastically. Her office is 15 min away, it was well worth the drive to try to get me to sign a 3mo extension with the threat that there are two return buyers who want to look at the property next weekend. The listing expires the day before. Seems like a ploy. She said the contract agreement was a special one that allowed me to sell it party to party without commission. I told her it was written in English and the same as the previous contract. She did not seem to want to part amicably. I told her to go put the squeeze on the buyers, not me. She said "I will".

I am even more discouraged than before. Will still hold an open house though. Must I stay awake worrying about lawsuits? The terror threat already has robbed me of most of my nights.
