So how can you reconcile 960 SPX with 1606 COMP? Surely you know in the end of moves the S&P moves at about 1/2 the rate of the COMP, so the maximum expected high on the COMP would fall closer to the triangle target of 1520 and the 200SMA at 1515 COMP than 1606.
