Ralph, Thanks for your offer. I would bet that MWD has some of the best info on the Street on NTDOY and other Japanese securities. (In fact, I'm a MWD shareholder, though not yet a customer.) Glad to hear that NY-Osaka stock-option arbitrage is bringing prices into line as it is supposed to do. SC
