AJTJ, JUSTA: WARNING: this chart still bothers me: vtoreport.com While equity P/C ratio as well as VIX/VXN have fallen a lot, they are still reflecting residual bearishness and/or caution which results in quite large put buying volume and put prices that are still not low enough. This is what keeps fueling this rally regardless of program trading or other factors. This can be also seen in Advisors Percent Bullish, in QQQ put OI and in QQQ put/call volume ratio. Chances are that the rally is finished but total bullishness/euphoria is still lacking which should limit the downside.
