Unemployment claims are down because they've run their course. I'm not surprised your business is booming. Good for you. My sis and her husband in CA are doing well, he builds homes, or as it's called "develops properties", she sells homes and that market is doing great. Babyboomers in CA have fled the stock market and don't plan going back. They're putting money in land and retirement properties, tangible assets. There are those calling real estate a bubble, however.
