I agree. It really shouldn't take another multi million dollar opinion from Goldman to realize that they either have to take this deal, get a white knight at more money, or shut down operations and distribute all cash to shareholders. Thelatter plan would have the advantage of retaining 100% of the technology sale for whatever that fetches.
