Dell and MigraTEC Team to Port Customers to Itanium Platform
dell.com

Austin and Dallas, Texas, November 14, 2001

Dell and MigraTEC, Inc. (OTCBB: MIGR) today announced a
technology and services referral agreement that will aid Dell customers
moving their mission-critical computing operations to the 64-bit Intel®
Itanium computing platform.

The new referral relationship augments Dell's portfolio of enterprise
consulting services with MigraTEC's expertise and software porting
and migration tools. MigraTEC products automate many of the required
tasks associated with moving applications from 32-bit to 64-bit
platforms and from Solaris® and other Unix operating systems to
Microsoft® Windows and Linux® . It is the only company to provide
automated tools for source code porting and cross-platform migration,
primarily focused on C/C++ source code.

"Our aim is to ensure that Dell's customers have access to the best
resources available when they move to Itanium systems," said
Richard Froehlich, director of business development, Dell Technology
Consulting. "This agreement with MigraTEC allows us to meet that
high standard."

"Dell is a proven leader in the Intel-based server market," said Curtis
Overstreet, MigraTEC chief executive officer, "They are clearly
positioned for continued success as the market moves towards 64-bit
Intel platforms. We are proud that its management recognizes how
MigraTEC technologies and services can contribute to Dell's strength
and position and certain we can help Dell customers meet their
information technology objectives in the timeliest and most efficient
manner."

October 14, 2002 Unisys Offers Federal Agencies Unix-to-Windows Migration Option
By Wayne Kawamoto
serverwatch.com

Unisys and MigraTEC formed a partnership to help federal agencies move
applications from Unix environments to the Unisys ES7000 family of Intel-based
servers running Microsoft Windows.

To assist federal agencies in shifting their applications from Unix to the Windows
computing environment, MigraTEC signed an agreement with Unisys to provide its
solutions to facilitate both the migration of 32-bit applications to 64-bit
environments and the cross-platform migration of C/C++ applications -- such as
from Solaris -- to Windows.

The Unisys Enterprise Server ES7000 is designed to provide enterprise-class performance and resilience while providing users with the advantages of a large-scale enterprise and a competitive economic model typically associated with Windows- and Intel-based computing.

The servers should address customer solutions that can benefit most from true mainframe-class
computing. In particular, such solutions include server consolidation, reducing the complexity and performance penalties of clustering many small servers, online transaction processing and business intelligence applications using large databases.

Unisys, Microsoft, and MigraTEC have been working together for several months to develop and deliver a joint systems migration solution for federal agencies. For example, the companies are engaged in a pilot migration program for a large agency interested in consolidating its operations around Windows and Unisys systems.
