You may want to have a look at InvesterTech for they have a Easy Select scanning feature, that has both end of day and intraday scanning ability. I use them for both the US and Canadian markets and there service works well. The American exchanges are real time but the Canadian exchanges are 15 minute delayed. One of the scans that are created scans for DMI + crossover of the DMI- with the ADX between the two DMI's.It may be worth the time to check them out.
