Skeeter: My info was from the S-3 filed very recently by the company. Couldn't get on Edgar this a.m. to give you a URL. The compensation question comes from the officer and director portion of the s-3. They each make approx $150m in salary and $500m in bonuses based upon a bonus program which pays a percentage of net profits. The S-3 also appears to be related to a series of 13g's filed (also on Edgar)by insiders. Total registration is slightly less than 500m shares. If I remember correctly that about 10% of the float.
