We don't know what he was drinking. It could have been water, but when W's statements on Iraq last fall were so incoherent, there were people who believed Bush was back on booze. People write that W will not admit he is an alcoholic. The problem, Karen, is that W continues to make inconsistent comments about his plans on Iraq Still, I'm sure Feldherr Karl Rove will insist that W drinks water or some other non-alcholoic drink in the photo you mentioned. And, I'd bet that the majority of American journalists will swallow whatever Feldherr Rove serves up to them because they need a story.
