I don't think it matters what Truth is. Just as it doesn't matter what honesty is (to me, anyway). What matters to me is knowing that people perceive all these things very differently. Someone who thinks they are being very honest with me, may convey what to me appears to be an absolute lie, based on their alternate view of the world.

Relativism.

Since honesty is linked to truthfulness, if you don't tell things they way they are, you are, according to one definition of honesty, being dishonest. Another definition of honesty is linked to sincerity. I guess it would be possible to be sincerely mistaken, in which case you might be honest, depending on how you wanted to define honesty. The conclusion you come to about this would all depend upon the definition you accepted (imo).
