I talked to Co. Prez. Mark Baker,and he said that the acquisition is just about finalized,and that there should be an announcement this week. I've heard all that before,so don't hold your breath. He said that he couldn't give me any info on the new Co. until the final papers are signed. Just hold on and wait,let's see what happens. PS...DON DOWNING.....ANY NEWS??????? For someone who started this Thread,you have been awfully quiet. Good Luck.........John
