Eric L: Well at least your charges are general about delivery shortfalls. I guess that is an improvement over negative comments about individual Qualcomm managers by name for whatever shortcomings you perceive.

Thought you were going to limit this stuff to the Nokia thread.

There is a bit of the pot calling the kettle black in this, no? A bit sensitive over Nokia's deliveries which are seldom "scheduled" but meeting the Sept date was met by date but somewhat deficient in substance, with the actual delivery now "scheduled" for the first quarter of next year.

As we all know there are many reasons why Qualcomm, Nokia or anyone has some slippage - you yourself make this point often, and it is a very accurate observation indeed.

Still think who struck John stuff is much less interesting and useful than analyzing what actually has happened after it has happened. But that I guess is just my view.

Best.
