Thanks for the thoughts. It doesn't appear to be the most timely model to me either- If you take it the way they explain it.

Now go back to it again, and buy only after the valuation line crosses the red line AND reverses by 10 or more %. Sell when it does the opposite with the green line. Some pretty good returns if you do that..
