Cha2,

re: Corporate Integrity

<< your charges are general about delivery shortfalls >>

No. they are explicit and have been extremely well documented, as to how Qualcomm chooses to deal with failures to meet sampling dates that they have publicly stated in Press Releases, Earnings Releases, and Annual Reports.

I am a shareholder and I don't approve of the way they deal with this.

I consider it to be a serious issue.

I had to listen to Don Schrock going through this yet again last week at the Lehman Brothers Semiconductor conference. It was a very good presentation otherwise.

<< there are many reasons why Qualcomm, Nokia or anyone has some slippage - you yourself make this point often, and it is a very accurate observation indeed. >>

That is absolutely correct and I have made the point often ...

... but if a company misses the scheduled date they don't need to insult shareholder's and analyst's intelligence by trying to maintain they were on-time.

<< Thought you were going to limit this stuff (and nonsense IMO) to the Nokia thread. >>

Please don't attempt to tell me what to post and where to post it.

I post what I want to post, where I want to post it, and I try to make a reasonable effort to do so on a thread where it is appropriate and in the context of ongoing discussion.

It is very nice to see you back posting here but please for you to remember that.

Thank you very much for your consideration.

Best to you,

- Eric -
