US consumer bubble looks like it needs low oil prices. of course, people could opt to drive $ 15,000 - 30,000 small or midsize cars getting 30 mpg or keep driving 2 SUVs like that environmental minister overseeing the Kyoto Treaty drives.

that Saddam has paid for flight for everyone in his entourage but himself indicates he may make a last stand in Tikrit or Baghdad that may be a scorched-earth attack. it may even be on his own people and oil infrastructure if a mass desertions and a revolt takes place.
