"That's what our Constitution was designed to prevent" Our constitution was designed to prevent social security, 50% tax brackets, 1,000,000 law suit by idiots spilling coffee on themselves, affirmative action and so many other things. Funny how some people just spout the constitution for one issue when they are more than excited to trash it on all other issues. James Madison. I cannot undertake to law my finger on that article of the constitution which granted the right to congress to bestow objects of benevolence taken from the wealth of their constituents.
