Saudis have always been trying to maintain 21 or 22 a barrel.

I don't follow it closely, but I understand oil has been around 25 to 28 recently. And I read that the Russians need 21 to make a profit. So I suspect that is where the price will be held. We are not going to pump so much oil from Iraq as to break the Russians, much less our own producers.

What this boils down to is that the Saudis will no longer have a whip hand. I really don't think they have one now. They are scared to death of us and their Mullahs. They have created a "Frankenstein" with "Wahhabism," and even though a lot of them believe it, they are smart enough to know that it can kill them.
