It's not for lack of trying. A bitter Mario Cuomo blamed Limbaugh for his electoral failure in 1994, and tried to make it in talk radio. That led to a second major failure for Cuomo, who's career is permanently over.

Liberal talk radio has a niche in places like San Francisco, Watertown Mass. and a few other places where anti-American Marxist/Leninists nest. But the powerful nationwide talk, as well as MOST local areas across the country, require a left-wing-media-countering conservative host.

It's about the TRUTH, a concept abandon by liberals many years ago...
