I think the key words were "this close" but I think you both have valid points: it has come pretty close and not touched it, AND heck there have been very few chances the last 2 years.

I am giving myself a brain cramp looking at this crap but I am starting to lean to going short the qqq's full blast soon and looking for under 25.80 to cover."Soon" is yet to be defined
