I am monitoring these, and indeed, we had numbers close to that early in January (1/3/02) and around 5/15/02 (the start of the Nassacre), but after that peak in early January, the market took another three four days to peak (1/9/02), and the like of KLAC did not peak till February another 10% or so higher (and by then these numbers were already around the 60% level). I can't tell you how far we go (we have some major resistance in the 1500/15 to contend with and that could be "it", but some of my sentiment indicators (particularly excursions to extreme bullishness in the NYSE as well as extremely low trin readings on the Naz, and the various BP reaching level associated with tops in the past, paucity of new highs etc.).
