interesting there doctor. no doubt hu1124 will be a very big winner and sales should accelerate for years provided the fda gives a nod. Regarding other matters, i really dont know if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but i know my posts get re-mentioned elsewhere frequently. >regarding the recent weakness in xoma stock price. has anyone mentioned or considered that maybe its calpers related. I mean , isnt calpers unloading the "tax cheaters" of their portfolio.
That could account for it if they hold xoma, and they certainly may. Regarding the "tax cheats". I think xomas situation is a bit different. I was quite suspicious at the time regarding the domicle change, then grew comfortable with it. I think that their dealings with serono, baxter, etc all take into considersation the tax factors. It may even be better for dna to let xoma "have it" in some strange arrangement to better utilize the less tax structure of a xoma ownership situation. Dont you love my posts.. VBG, standard k
