Now this is the same man who argued about the US failure to enter WW2 for 2 years to help out the British empire.

Throw in the fact that Churchill, through Ultra, knew about Japanese plans to attack Pearl Harbor, and that argument could get REAL interesting... :0)

But I find myself involved in much of the same style of debates with my own father and others... But I'm not quite as willing to "change the subject" when I sense that they are arguing from points of blatant illogic or hypocrisy..

It's just tough to be an American right now.. We're under fire from those who wish not to stir the sh*t anymore than is necessary lest they also become targets of terrorism as well...

But that's too bad.. The American people are looking for some payback and are willing to do a bit of overdue house-cleaning in the Middle East in order to be assured that we're maintaining the momentum and not Bin Laden or Hussein..
