The Americans call it a War or Al Qaeda calls it a Jihad Why would I insist that it was police matter ? The Al Qaeda operatives are well monied, well heeled toy soldiers who blend in well, unlike some Canadians that insist it is there right to wear turbans. The RCMP could handle the whole thing by themselves but other countries might not like that. Canada should offer the UN four RCMP officers and a a couple of Saskatchewan squad cars, they could be shipped to Iraq to enforce inspection decrees.
