bob-- HHMmmmmmm-- 12/12 is pushing it. Doubtful you'll get in but could be ready. Wish you had told me if you were going to order Kraftmaid Cabs. Good luck with finishing.. cabs will not take long so get the Xmas tree up now,,;-] HD is still the better trader. Over the LT both should be fine for any not in at the top. LOW does not have enough volatility or % move to interest swing traders, esp when HD is around. For the long swings I like MAS in the sector and have just begun to reload on it. It has been a reliable mover.. Too old?? yep me too. I have about 20% in M-funds that are not closely watched,, everything else is just a trade or cash. If it acts well, it stays-- if not- POOF. Now,, when I retire I'll watch it less as I'll be much busier..too many building projects on the drawingboard..
