I use TC2000 for end of day scanning. It is good for coming up with watch lists. The program has a number of proprietary indicators which requires a bit of a learning curve, but at 29 bucks a month, it's certainly a good place to start. Plus you can get rid of it any time you decide you don't like it. The program itself is free..so its a pretty good tool, for someone who wants to sample, but not invest an arm and a leg.
Julius has a good thread on here where he posts candidates, and one of his tools is TC2000, fyi:
