he promoted for a fine bunch of crooks whose names you might even recognize as they got popped big-time in a well-publicized operation called "Bermuda Shorts". he has subsequently threatened to have me booted from SI, to drag me into court, yada yada yada. of course, none of it has happened. i keep his threatening PMs around for when i need a good laugh.
