Gary, NEOP - If it dips again, I will load up. Initially, I sold when they tried to increase the number of authorized shares to 100 million. But I think that failed, and according to the RB board, they are expecting this to move up after the 1st of the year. I hate I missed this move on Friday too late to jump on.
