You shelter our outlaws and we shelter yours. A few miles from here is the northern end of the Soo line from Chicago where Al Capone made millions brewing whiskey during prohibition. A few miles south in the U.S. are the caves where Gabriel Dumont hid out after the Riel Rebellion (our Civil War).

What most Canadians fail to recognize is we would not exist in our present form without a large powerful friendly nation such as the U.S. to the south. The fact our similarities outweigh our differences and of course there are business reasons as well justify the nation for good and bad.
