No Tom, I continue to believe that every vote where the voter's intention can be determined should be counted. The fact that it is marked in ink when the rules say that it should be done in pencil, or that the name is written in rather than some oval filled in, exalts form over substance, and is anti-democratic. According to folks like CYBERHATER, though, if some GOP voter is too stupid to read the instructions that say to use a pencil rather than a pen, the vote shouldn't count. Go have your debate with him.
