Criminals at work - GE Capital to sell $20 bln bonds to individuals

STAMFORD, Conn., Nov 25 (Reuters) - General Electric Capital Corp., one of the world's largest bond issuers, said on Monday it plans to sell up to $20 billion of bonds directly to individuals. It filed on Friday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell the bonds, with maturities ranging from nine months to 60 years.
