Yes, the CH Poet thing got out of hand. He persecuted her for months, until she was made ill.
He, on the other hand, according to your view
1) got off in what he was doing to her
2) "got off on" the subsequent social opprobrium that you seem be see as "out of hand."
You chose to decide that the "out of hand" part of interest to you, and that iyo didn't violate the TOU against harm, abuse, threats, invasion of privacy or otherwise-objectionable-behavior, was not the part that was making someone relapse into illness, but was the part that was making someone get off! And that he could have ended at any moment he chose to!
CH would like an agreement not to talk about the matter again. JLA, Laz, and Poet have already left it.
