Israeli troops shoot, kill 8-year-old boy

It's for headlines like this that the Palestinians encourage their young children to attack Israelis -- and back them up with grenades. Notice that "Israeli Patrol Repels Stone-Throwing Mob" would have been an equally, or even more, accurate headline for this story. But by some odd chance, the headlines are never written that way.

In Ma'an, Jordan, where the Jordanian army is currently battling Islamists with tanks, you can be sure that nobody throws stones at the tanks -- the tanks would wipe out the stone-throwers, and no headline will ever report the carnage. When Arabs kill each other, no story.
