What caused the upturn of over a $1 today?
a) a purchase of INSP is pending?
b) INSP is buying its own stock? Can that be announced
after the purchases?
c) INSP is entering a new large contract that insures a profit.
d) institutions are now buying INSP?
Why would INSP go to all the expense of a reverse split if
the answer to the above is other than d)?
