Um, wonder why my brother-in-law thought there were over 700. He's an ex-marine, so you know he wouldn't lie on purpose :-)
Could there be over 700 urban areas with over one million population e.g. like New Orleans has less than 1/2 million, but greater New Orleans is close to or over one million?
