upstock..price for ELGT really depends on size of first contract announcements...the WaterMaker comes in all sizes from room size to mega size...they and Lockheed are fitting one to a Humvee to demonstrate it at shows...should be an epe popper....Lockheed will deal w/the military and Federal Agencies and also ensure adequate production capacity...next year being the UN International Year of Fresh Water should lead to add'l partnerships...ELGT has been talking to the UN for some time............target within next 3 mo is 3.00 if some things happen...higher if other things happen...so just............higher.........
