Back from a double win in court this morning. These were the cases I was mentioning last week that were concerning me, because even when undeserved it's hard to fight anti-harassment restraining orders. But in both cases, after I took testimony from the petitioners and argued the facts vs. the statute, the Court agreed that the requirements of the statute hadn't been met and dismissed both cases.

So much for those who argue that I don't know diddley about harassment law.
