Junk bags (90% coins) may be the way to buy physical.
They are currently just above melt ($US3100) and relatively scarce.
In 1999 (per-Y2k), when silver moved modestly to $5.60 junk bags went up to over $5000
This 25% premium to melt made the overall gain close to 50% (better than just bullion)
If silver moves, dealers and newsletters might well hype bags to a premium (again)
