O.T. Harold, Yes, I'm aware of the short attack, precipitated by Einhorn et. al. I have watched with interest (on the ALD board) arguments and counter-arguments pertaining to whether or not there is enough disclosure on some of the holdings in the portfolio. I however, await the short squeeze (lol). Those shares are in an IRA. I don't expect any problems in that regard. Ampex - OT* (on-topic) I think you are on target with respect to the patents that Ampex has on digital devices and processes. If only 1/3 of them come to fruition, that would bode well ampex's price IMHO.
