zonder...I looked at both the sites you listed. 1994- 1995 and 1996 seem to have been bad times for Turkey....The "home" site for the turkey site shows 1998....Has anything changed since 1998 and are things any better today? Also, the Human Rights Home site shows just about any place in the world have some sort of problems...Iraq seems to head the list...
