It is so outlandish, it never crossed my mind. Truly.

You know, I would almost be tempted to believe you because you wrote "Truly." But when this first came up you admitted that you (this will be a paraphrase) had left the wording vague, and couldn't deny that the interpretation that might be made out of the ambiguity could work to your advantage.

And also to believe it, I'd have to believe a lawyer made a threat designed to scare, announcing it as

1st Notice.

2nd Notice.

and never thought for a MOMENT that the recipients of the threat would think anything except that legal action was the FARTHEST thing from her mind!

So I regret to say that don't believe you because it doesn't pass the laugh test.

You meant us to think "lawsuit."

Or let's give you the benefit of the doubt:
