You were going 3D, right? Not staying on SI? To my isp? The threat itself... was that 3D? Yes, if my emails were, that was. Going further, to my isp, that's, like, really a 3D threat! It would have been 3D if I'd sent the information about CH that they requested to his bar association ethics committee, identifying him. It was 3D when he threatened to sue us. Well, "word play" suit-threat. You know how that works, don't you?
