Yes. "Sovereignty", remember? Besides, domestic tragedies never really matter elsewhere, right? Does anyone care for the Chechens in Russia? Did anyone try to help the Kurds in Turkey? Is anyone invading Israel to help the Palestinians? What about Tibet?
