Hong Kong to Allow Soccer Bets; Jockey Club Will Run

Hong Kong, Nov. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Hong Kong plans to allow betting on soccer matches as it seeks to curb illegal bookmaking and collect HK$1 billion ($128 million) a year in additional gambling duties to help narrow the city's budget deficit.
