You can enlighten us peasants with your lack-of-ignorance. Think of it as part of your mission as an Officer of the Court. Tell me the bolded part, at least, since it's the 1st Notice, 2nd Notice 3D penalty you say you meant to be threatening us with. I want to see how bad it was, that it would be something we'd really really NOT LIKE: How does a non-lawyer know when the threat is definitely not of a lawsuit when he or she gets 1st Notice, 2nd Notice threats from an attorney to take unpleasant action, action you won't like, against you? What's the clue? And btw, what threatening thing we wouldn't like would my isp have done to us if you had carried through your threat to contact my isp for at most 3 non-threatening, not-sexual emails from a former friend over minutes?
