I believe the market "sees" and that explains the price. When you say "I do not see", aren't you depending on what others "see"? You don't have much to depend on. If you are waiting for strong visibility and firm forecasts of improved sales and earnings, that will happen when NVLS is in the $45 - $55 range.

Comparing NVLS to the "market" is similar to comparing the produce at the finest organically grown stand to the produce garbage piled in the alley outside of the supermarket. Not apples to oranges, but superb apples to rotten oranges. I use hyperbole because you have stated you are not a semi-equip expert.
