9:28AM Openwave upgraded to Buy at Wedbush; target $4 (OPWV) 2.31: Wedbush Morgan upgrades to BUY from Hold on improving fundamentals, including solid handset demand, new and potential customer wins, expectations for an uptick in capex spending in Q4, and better visibility; believes successful ongoing restructuring effort should lead to profitability within next few quarters.
