Just went to Chicago to visit my 10th-grader son (and ex-wife). We ordered a new Dell PC for him... and, wow! Pent 2.4, 512Mb DDR, DVD burner, 120Gig hard drive, Nvidia 4200 video card, the video editing software bundle, $1400 without monitor. There's simply no way I could build that PC for that price. Dell is no doubt a very excellent company.
