There is no protest if the protesters do not address the target audience. These protesters targeted the skokie people. So the only question for me would be was it a valid protest, or was it something else? Were they addressing a gripe with the Skokies? Were they trying to terrorize the Skokies? Were they using the Skokies to get an audience with some other population in the nation? Its not just that they wanted to march, there is plenty of room out in North Dakota.
