Hi Tom

Looks like this breakup we have been waiting for has started. What to do now? NLV reports Mon, July 28, CTV on Tues, & SEM on Wed. Do you think the NLV earnings will be good? What are the 'experts' expecting for a company that has just been formed? The NLV is an obvious long term hold, but what about the other two? Do you think that SEM could show some bad numbers on Wed? Maybe that's why it reports last. On the other hand, maybe someone in Korea will just step in and buy SEM within a few months and it will have turned out to have been worth holding also.

Looks like NLV is expecting to start off full steam ahead:" DENVER, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Online System Services,Inc(NASDAQ:WEBB) and InterMedia Partners announced today that they have teamed with General Instrument Corp. (NYSE:GIC) to supply high-speed cable modems
and Internet services to InterMedia's customers in its 30,000 subscriber
Kingsport, Tennessee cable system."

Pretty exciting, louis mason.
